Responsibilities:

• Reports to the Managing Director
• Assist administrative duties and follow up assigned tasks
• Liaison inspection schedule and updates the factory master data
• Monitors the factory documentation and post-inspection charge in corresponding to the respective inspections
• Files records and produces reports on monthly basis
• Coordinates with sourcing team on factory compliance status
• Liaises with inspection to outside audit company and follow up inspection plan
• Works closely with the merchandising team in offshore offices to optimize the compliance and inspection procedures
• Works with supplier improvements and other sustainability projects if requested
• Responsible for analyzing company current processes in the Supply Chain area including the Quality Assurance & Quality Control (QA & QC) &Social Compliance
• Assist in scheduling the factory visits schedule for the QA & QC team

Requirements:

• Preferably with university degree and relevant experience in the Garment Industry is a must
• Prefer SA8000 auditor with at least 3 year experience
• Mature and able to oversees daily administrative activities
• Good communication skill and good command of written & spoken English, Cantonese, Mandarin and/or other foreign language an added advantage
• Attentive to details and be organized
• Frequent travel to Asian countries required
