Job Description

Our client is a large local retail chain stores and presently is in search of qualified candidates for the following role:

Assistant Learning & Development Manager

Responsibilities:

-    Be supporting in for talent development, management development and staff development of  staff members

-            Report to L & D  Manager  in implementation of staff training and development plan

-           Formulate annual plans and training curriculum according to properly identify the learning needs on management staff of different levels

-          Independently design and deliver leadership program for general staff 

-          In supporting of the sourcing of outside consultants for necessary training program and monitor closely the effectiveness.     

-    Support the management in preparation of  annual budget for responsible areas

-    Preparation of training reports and training data analysis

Requirements:

-          University graduate with major in human resources or business management major is preferred

-           At least 5 years or above solid training and development experience in sizeable companies

-          Exposure in consulting service and running change projects

-         Excellent communication and good people skills with good customer-focused attitude

-          Strong planning, organizing & execution skills

-          Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English. Mandarin is a must
