Responsibilities

• Manage a team for conducting tax related matters, for both our HK head office and PRC factory.
• Review corporate tax compliance returns and computations on a daily basis.
• Monitor tax payment, tax instalment and filing deadline to ensure timely submission.
• Handle issues arising from tax investigation, tax query, tax audit, etc.
• Responsible for tax optimization for the group, tax planning and advisory in respect of diverse issues and projects.
• Review agreements to identify tax issues and make recommendation accordingly.
• Liaise with government and other external parties on general tax, operational and compliance issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree Holder in Finance/ Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
• 8 years or above of tax experience in MNC or Big-4 accounting firms, in which at least 5 years of experience as managerial role.
• With prior experience in corporate taxation in HK.
• Attained relevant professional qualification of taxation and/or accounting institutes.
• Good management and technical skills in the areas of tax compliance in corporate level.
• Being pro-active, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work well under time pressure
• Able to communicate effectively in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
