Our potential customer is now looking for 'Technical Consultant'

Main Responsibilities:

1) To run and deploy the patch management practice to the production environment on a regular basis

2) To evaluate the urgency and risks on the urgent patches released by Microsoft

3) To generate the patch management reports

4) To provide technical support to other team members for implementation of patch management

5) To maintain adequate and accurate documentation on procedures and standards

Requirements

1) At least 3 years technical support experience on MS Windows Server administration experience.

2) Hands-on experience in support and implementation of Microsoft Windows Server and SQL Server.

3) Experience on the support of System Center Configuration Manager 2012, Exchange and/or SharePoint servers is an added advantage.

4) Good communication skill and team player.

5) Analytical and problem solving skills are required.

6) Fluent in both English and Cantonese

Education and Professional Requirement

1) The candidate must be a university degree holder in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or Information Technology.

2) Microsoft Certified Professional will be an added advantage.
