Job Description
Job Duties
- Prepare payment cheques, update payment control records
- Prepare bank transaction report on weekly basis
- Assistant to Officer Manager in all general admin duties such as filings, data inputs, Director’s personal expenditures, etc
- Match of sales vs purchases records
Requirements
- Form 5 graduates with ‘passed’ in both Chinese and English
- Formal secretarial training
- LCC Higher or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ secretarial experience, with accounting experience is advantageous
- Good knowledge in word processing and can work under pressure
