Responsibility:

• Provide technical support on network, system, software and hardware;
• Ensure new programs behave according to specifications by conducting tests;
• Server maintenance;
• Provide IT support service
• Provide on-site technical support. Willing to work out of office.
• Assisting in doing ad hoc activities

Qualification & Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Information Technology or other related disciplines;
• At least 1 year relevant working experience;
• Experience in supporting MS Windows and Office applications and desktop hardware;
• Knowledge of B2B system operation is an advantage;
• self-motivated, hardworking with good interpersonal and task management skills;
• well organized and able to work independently under pressure;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Available immediately is preferable
