Responsibilities:-

• Report to Project Manager
• Co-ordinate and supervise fitting-out projects
• Preparation of tender and sub-contract document
• Assist on conducting internal and external quality / safety Audit
• To perform engineering design, inspection, and quality control for building projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Building Engineering or Civil / Structural Engineering or equivalent related subjects
• New graduated or 1 – 2 years experience for Assistant Building Engineer and 3 years experience for Building Engineer
• Relevant experience in Construction, tendering, site co-ordination, engineering design / building alteration/ addition and renovation, preferred but not essential
• Willing to learn and,
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Mandarin is an advantage
• Proficient in PC applications such as MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD
• Independent, analytical, self-motivated, well-organized, able to work under pressure
• Ability to follow a project from concept through to completion
• Immediately available is an advantage
