Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all aspects of building works;
• Monitor tendering procedure and check tender reports;
• Evaluate variation works and payments;
• Execute the conditions of main contracts and sub-contracts;
• Liaise with project teams, consultants and sub-contractors with regard to all QS services.

Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Quantity Surveying or equivalent;
• Corporate or probationary member of HKIS / RICS (QS division) is preferable;
• 2 - 3 years’ related experience, preferably gained from Property Developer or Contractor;
• Proficient in English and Cantonese;
• Self-motivated with initiative and confident;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Quantity Surveyor.
