Job Description
Job responsibilities
- Familiar with all working process and optimize the flow
- OW, SAP, HP, Share-point system working process logical
- Trace all the interface between all these systems to make sure the interfaced result is correct, purchase & sales interface between OW and SAP especially
- Optimize the current working process
- Study and optimize supply chain working process
- Learn launching PO process, set the rule to launch or not to balance the MOQ, production surcharge
- Try to simplify work flowing about updating confirmation date as well as improve the information accuracy
- Work closely with logistics team to improve the accuracy of delivery estimation
- Follow up delivery planning per short term (2 weeks, 1 month) and long term (1 season, 1 year)
- Inventory management for garments and trims
- Follow up strictly the garment leftover volume which are caused by FCST cancellation
- Monitor trims purchase order launch process to control the provision
- Set up and share the rule to check the trims inventory balance in supplier warehouse
- Maintain master file for financial and within Asia PTF view
- Retrieve the master file from SAP, OW and clarify the linkage between all these files
- Share the controlling sense to accounting team as well as other departments
- Monthly Closing
- Follow up delivery volume according to FCST or Budget
- Check inventory provision accuracy for garments and trims
- Finish analysis on D+2, D+4 and D+6 for the variations between actual and budget or FCST
- Update FCST, MTP and Budget
- Input PRI information by season, markets and product line
- Update variation according to the best estimation based on yearly landed situation for inventory provision, 2nd choice purchase liability
- Combine MOQ, Surcharge, Lead time, capacity reserve information with the actual quotation breakdown in labor cost or margin to evaluate reasonability
Requirements:
- Bachelor or above in accounting or equivalent with professional accounting qualifications;
- At least 3 years working experience in financial analysis or costing areas;
- Proficient in MS Office : Excel and Powerpoint is a msut; Knowledge in SAP is an advantage;
- Good communication with internal and external departments;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Active team member and open minded to share and learn;
- Well-organized, detail-minded, result-oriented;
- Good business sensitivity;
- Be able to work under pressure and tight time schedule.
