Responsibilities:

• Evaluate acoustic and visual performance of electronic products
• Conduct benchmarking of various electronic products
• Research to understand target customers’ requirements and be able to translate them into feasible concepts.
• Assist in defining the functionality for electronic products and software applications.
• Work collaboratively with industrial designers and engineers to create products based on user-centred design principle.
• Present ideas to stakeholders at all stages of the product development process.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Factors/Ergonomics, Electronic Engineering or Psychology
• Minimum 2 years experience in product evaluation and report writing
• Knowledge in psychoacoustics or digital audio technology is preferred
• Knowledge in human-computer interaction or user experience design is an advantage
• Confident and articulate command of the English language
