Responsibilities:

Contract to a government department to manage the IT Infrastructure and Security Services of the Commerce, Industry and Tourism Branch (CITB) and overseas Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices (HKETOs):

• Prepare planning and manage relocation activities for the IT systems of HKETO in London;
• Arrange Security Risk Assessment and Audit for local and overseas HKETOs;
• Conduct system upgrade on existing Patch Management System to strengthen the security protection to the IT systems of CITB and HKETOs;
• Provide technical support on the IT infrastructure and Security Services of CITB and HKETOs; and
• Manage external suppliers and contractors on project implementation.

Requirements:

• Degree/Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent;
• Minimum 4 years of IT working experience;
• Minimum 1 year experience as project leader in large scale infrastructure project;
• Solid experience in site preparation, implementation and support on large scale IT network;
• Hands-on working experience on router, L2/L3 switch, firewall and VPN appliance;
• Strong technical knowledge in IT network and infrastructural systems;
• Good spoken and written communication skills;
• Good communication and presentation skills with client/vendor management is a plus; and
• Experience in implementing/supporting Government IT systems preferred.
