Job Description:

• PC hardware and basic software installation and relocation
• PC hardware maintenance & support services
• Provide services report and perform user acceptance test
• Update services details in the system and report to supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site hardware maintenance in different customers' premises
• Identify problems which are related to hardware

Job Requirements:

• F.5 or above
• Holder of MCITP certificates would be an advantage
• 1 year or above experience in PC, Printer hardware repairing
• Knowledgeable in Windows OS platform
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese
• Non-office hour duty is required
• Immediate available is preferred
