Senior Technical Writer (VTT107/J02)

Responsibilities:

• Lead a small team to deliver customer documentations for licensing brand
• Proof-read, check artworks and provide feedbacks to the technical writers and illustrator
• Analyze statistical data from call center and field feedbacks, which are related to user's manuals, quick start guides, and installation guides
• Work with the manager to develop, implements, and monitor the strategic improvement plans for the Customer Documentation team based on statistical analysis
• Establish and maintain the know-how database for licensing brand
• Track all information relating to the updates, and make appropriate follow up in according to the brands' policy

Requirements:

• Master or Bachelor degree in any disciplines
• At least 5 years solid experience in consumer electronics in which 3 years in consumer care field
• Solid experience in leading improvement projects
• Excellent communication skill to channel complicated concepts to different parties and stakeholders
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills in English and Chinese
• Independent, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Desktop publishing is a plus.
• Occasional travel to China is required
