The Job:

• Handle claims related enquiries from customers and agents from hotline and appointment
• Provide professional advice to customers to facilitate the claims process, in compliance with the terms and conditions of the policy
• Liaise with external parties and customers to conduct preliminary assessment and investigation
• Ad hoc project as assigned

The Person:

• University graduate with 1-2 years relevant experience in claims processing
• Customer oriented,  proactive and willing to take challenge 
• Independent and able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication skills with good written and spoken English and Chinese
• PC literate in MS Office

Candidates with more relevant experiences will be considered as Senior Claims Advisor.
