Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and verify the effectiveness of various quality systems (ISO 22000/ ISO 9001), HACCP Food Safety Management System, GMP and other quality accreditations in affiliates
• Conduct regular verification of quality system through statistical quality audit, data analysis and in-house training to monitor the effectiveness of established food safety and quality system within Group
• Evaluate and report the trends of quality status by proposing preventive actions on abnormal findings or trouble shooting and recommending preventive actions in handling consumer complaints
• Conduct plant audits and verify the quality status of raw materials and final products output from the affiliates, OEM and raw materials suppliers

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Food Technology/Science, Quality Management or related science and engineering disciplines
• At least 3 years solid quality assurance experience in food industry, preferably in beverage manufacturing
• Lead Auditor Training on ISO 9001 or ISO 22000 Quality Management System and HACCP Food Safety Management System
• Strong sense of urgency, highly alert to potential safety / quality issue with analytical mind and excellent problem solving skill
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
