Key Responsibilities: 

• Solicit new businesses and improve product cross-sell ratio through inbound and outbound phone activities.
• Provide regular feedback to management for sales and services improvement
• Resolve customer dissatisfaction if necessary and proactively build long term trust with customer.
• Promote and cross sell company products through customer services hotline.
• Provide pre & post sales and customer retention supporting services
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints with excellent customer services manner. 

Requirements: 

• Secondary education or above
• Passed IIQAS Paper 1 & 2
• Minimum 1 year's relevant experience, preferably gained from insurance industry.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Excellent communication skills, customer oriented with professional telephone manner, pro-active, pleasant and self-initiative
