The applicant is responsible for providing clerical support to Operations Department. He/she is required to prepare and update staff's record (such as: attendance, overtime and holiday); update storage-in and storage-out records, follow up the purchase of material & stationery items in timely manner, handle ad hoc assignment is required.

Requirements :

- F.5 standard with 1 year clerical working experience;

- Good telephone manner with proactive working attitude;

- Good in spoken and written Chinese and English;

- Hand-on PC skills in MS-Word and Excel;

- Willing to work overtime if necessary.

Working schedule : 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Mondays - Satursday)
