Responsibilities:

• Report to Studio Design Manager
• Responsible for site meetings, site measurement and follow-up works 
• Responsible for the Project Management and installation of carpets
• To ensure quality of carpet installations, implement control measure, site organization and workforce management
• To conduct written site report after site supervision
• To handle planning and estimation of floor plan calculations
• Handle any other ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• High Diploma in Project/Building Management or equivalent
• Min. 1-2 years experience in Project Management & Site Supervision / Measurement
• Experience in carpet Installation is an advantage
• Knowledge in AutoCAD is must
• Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Willing to travel and work overtime
• Sound communication and interpersonal skills
• Immediate available is highly preferred
