Requirements :

• Manage the workshop operations;
• Monitor the operations closely to provide good quality and cost effectiveness under tight lead time;
• Supervise and provide strategies to improve the factory operation efficiency;
• Re-engineering the functions and cooperation of different workshops.

 Qualifications :

Individuals who meet the following requirements or possess the equivalent combination of competence and experience are invited to apply:

• Diploma in manufacturing or degree in management;
• Minimum 10 years of solid experience in managing sizable factory with 8000+ workers;
• Good command of English & PC skills;
• Familiar with PRC laws;
• Well-organized, details-oriented and able to work independently;
• Excellent communication skills, strong leadership and problem solving ability;
• Immediate availability preferred.
