Our client is a EU buying office, we are looking for talent for toys, outdoor furniture team

Responsibilities:              

• Monitor the production schedule of operations for a given sales day, carrying out packaging, compliance with procedures
• Monitor the suppliers’ performance regarding to the production start, Packaging Issue, Sample Validation, End of Production
• Ensure the production can meet with buyer schedule and agreement
• Ensuring product compliance with regulatory requirements and with the bill of specifications defined by the buyer and the product manager (colors, dimensions, packaging, etc.)
• Ensuring the import orders issued by the buyers are taken up by the provider within timescales of the schedule for commercial operations
• Ensuring that the merchandise being imported complies with the company’s requirements and the regulatory norms

Requirements:

•  Diploma or above, Diploma in Supply Chain Management / Merchandising / Product testing is an advantage but not a must
• 2-4 years related working experience in toys products, electrical toys is an advantage, fresh graduates are welcome for toys team junuor position
  
• 2-4 years related working experience in ourdoor furniture / household / kitchenware will be consider for outdoor furniture team
  
• Basic Concept of of international commerce (Incoterms, payment methods, etc.) or
  
• Basic knowledge of Toys / outdoor furniture technical standard
  
• Good communication skills, multitasking, good time and project management
• Energetic and passionate
• Willing to travel in China occasionally
• Good command of English and Mandarin

Fresh Graduates will be consider as merchandising assistant, who should be willing to work overtime 2-3 hours daily in the peak season (8 months yearly).
