Requirements : 

• Min. 3-5 years practical experience in conducting social compliance audits at factories in China and offshore countries
• In depth understanding of social compliance challenges across different Asian countries, including Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Philippine, … etc.
• Familiar with International social compliance programs and audit protocols (SA8000, WRAP, BSCI, SEDEX)
• Experience in a sizeable sourcing / buying office, preferably for a US buyer
• Detail-oriented, with common sense, and strong organizational skills; be able to make sound judgment under conflicting situations
• Initiative and practical approach to help factories to solve labor compliance issues; possess balanced sense of urgency
• High degree of work ethics and integrity
• Proficient in English and Mandarin
• Able to communicate in any other Asian languages is definitely an advantage

 Job duties : 

• Conduct social Compliance audit on factories in all Far East and Asian countries
• Execute Social Compliance program in collaboration with the US buyers and third party service providers
• Liaise and monitor all social compliance status and audit works for all our factories
