Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Reporting to the Senior Accounts Clerk/ Accountant
- Responsible for daily operation of the accounts department, including data input, prepare vouchers, schedules, bank reconciliation, cheque issue, T/T & Chats, bank-in etc.
- To assist in the financial month-end closing
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- A-Level/ Diploma or above
- LCCI third Level or above
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in accounting
- Competency in MS office, Chinese word processing and accounting software
- Knowledge of Dynamic and Oracle system is an advantage
- Audit/Accounting firm experience is preferable, but not a must
- Good command of both written and spoken Putonghua & Chinese
- Independent, responsible and self initiative
- A team player with good communication skills
