Job Responsibilites:

Prepare and maintain the accuracy of financial statements for the division.  Analyze and understand all financial reports and data, comparing current versus historical results and trends, to assist in managerial decisions to drive the business profitability.

• Prepare and present the annual budget.  A ground up approach of sales and Gross Profit analysis at a material/customer level, buildup of COGS, customer spending (coop and allowances), advertising expense plans and various sales and marketing line item costs;
• Evaluate and present monthly financial performances to upper management;
• Prepare and evaluate business proposals (pro-forma customer P&L’s, contracts with 3rd parties).  Propose financial options to support profit margin goals and objectives.  Identify financial risks and develop appropriate action plans.
• Identify and support any/all expense management activities and options;
• Detailed review and analysis of monthly financial results including;
• Each individual P&L line item
• Sales at both customer and material level with GP analysis
• COGS details (PPV, inventory reserves, defective inventory and overheads)
• Coop and allowance spending at customer level
• Returns from customers, identify abnormal trends
• Departmental spending at line item level
• Monthly balance sheet review
• Returns reserves accruals
• Allowance accruals
• Coop accruals
• Inventory reserves accrual
• Volume rebate accruals
• Prepare quarterly customer and sales analysis;
• Review and control customers’ credit and inventory level;
• Involvement in inventory planning, procurement and reporting.  Assist in identifying slow moving inventory for year-end valuation;
• Prepare material cost build ups, (vendor cost, freight in, duty, customs, overheads) and     estimates for new products;

Job Requirements:

• University graduate major in Accounting or related discipline with qualified accountant
• Expertise with strong skills in preparing accounting/financial reports
• At least 5 years solid accounting experience and supervisor experience would be a definite advantage
• Good computer knowledge with proficiency in SAP Accounting Software, and Microsoft office applications especially Excel
• Fluent communication skill of written and spoken in English, Putonghua and Chinese
• Mature, independent, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Report directly to the General Manager and responsible for managing the delivery of financial targets by controlling the budget and doing special analysis on the business performance of branches
• Regular travelling to Asia countries are required
