Requirements:

(a) (i) possesses a Certificate in Building Studies or equivalent; or

      (ii) possesses a Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent; and

(b) Holder of Certificate in Safety Supervisor Modular Course conducted by Occupational Safety and Health Council in one of the following modules:

- Basic Accident Prevention or

- Basic Occupational Health or

- Basic Safety Management or

- Construction Safety

(c) Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

Job Duties:

- To monitor the daily health & safety operations in estate

- To conduct routine health & safety inspections as advised

- To conduct health & safety training to site staff & workers

- To conduct investigation on accident and propose remedies action

- To prepare monthly report to management

- Working location: Kowloon
