Job Description

• Maintains HR information including employee personal data, recruitment, leave, etc to ensure data completeness and accuracy
• Generates HR reports for school management
• Handles HR related enquiries (including insurance and worker’s compensations) from staff members and candidates
• Prepares payroll information for school based employees, such as supply teachers by entering timesheets
• Co-ordinates with support staff, teaching staff and School Leadership Team to ensure all relevant data is uploaded etc
• Assists recruiters with advertising, scheduling interviews, reference checks and keeping interview records

Requirements

Knowledge
• HRIS software
• Knowledge of relevant HK Ordinances including Employment, Immigration, Equal Opportunities

Abilities
• Interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent hands-on experience using Excel and Word
• Sound administrative and organizing skills
