Job Responsibilities

• Develop client base & generate new sales leads in local & SE Asian markets.
• Prepare sales proposal & execution plan for different market segment / countries.
• Follow tender pitching & hands-on work of project management.
• Achieve annual sales target & establish high quality clients’ profile
• Manage & supervise subordinates in sales team (project) for daily operation & logistic.
• Recommend new products / products lines to meet client needs of different segments.

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Electronic / Engineering / Business Disciplines.
• 5 years or above in project management of lighting industry is a must. Working experience in international lighting brand is highly favorable.
• Extensive network in local & SE Asia lighting industry, like product vendors & key clients is definitely advantage.
• Excellent relationship with local related civil departments are preferred.
• Brilliant track-record in lighting project management of government / public tenders / chain-store renovation etc.
• Ample knowledge in sales leads generation, project planning and budgeting.
• Good communication & negotiation skills in both oral & written.
• Ambitious, hardworking and target-oriented.
