Latitude is looking for a committed, dynamic and eager Policy Administrator to deliver their services.

Responsibilities:

- Support the team of brokers with renewal processes, management of clients' records and placing files, maintenance of policy data.

- Service the Company's clients including issuing policies, endorsements and invoices, following-up on inquiries accurately and promptly.

- Liaise with the Accounting team regarding invoicing, settlement/refund and commission.

Profile:

- Minimum 2 years' experience in the Insurance or Financial or Marine Industry /  documentation.

- Proficient command of written and verbal Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

- Detail orientated, organised, problem-solving and able to meet deadlines and deliver a high standard of service.

- Computer literate.
