- Opening and maintaining claims records

- Dispatching claims notifications and communicating with insurers to ensure timely payment

- Producing claims statistics 

Profile

- 2 years' experience in the Insurance or Financial industry

- Proficient command of written and verbal Cantonese, English and Mandarin

- Organised, proactive, detail-focused and a team player

- Computer literate
