Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with distributors leaders/group via periodical visits; motivate and support them in increasing their momentum and drive on business growth.
- Coordinate and monitor overall training system to ensure all training sessions/programs are implemented effectively.
- Coordinate and support all ticket printing, training registrations, training room rental & set up and related training administration, etc.
- Support in brand building and also need to participate in different events
- Potential candidate may act as Corporate Speaker for assigned training sessions and corporate events.
- Support field development special projects and daily administration duties
Requirements:
- Diploma holder preferably in business related discipline
- At least 1 years’ solid experience in distributor services/sales/communications, preferable in Direct Selling Industry
- Experience in delivery of training and public speaking
- Excellent communications and coordination skills with influencing power
- Mature, well-organized and good team player with presentable grooming
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin speaking is preferred
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS PowerPoint applications, etc.
- Able to take extra duties, even work on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays occasionally
