Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Organize quality improvement program and the implementation on business units;
  • Liaison with customer and third parties for product quality requirement during new product development and mass production stage;
  • Communication at all levels with cross functions to resolve quality issues;
  • Conduct manufacturing process and internal system audit on business units;
  • Regular quality improvement progress reporting to management;

Requirements:                   

  • Bachelor degree, 4 years of experience, preferably in electrical home appliance industry;
  • Solid experience in quality improvement program together with customers, suppliers or cross functional departments;
  • Experienced in building up quality function, system and procedure;
  • Excellent communication, analytical & leadership skills;
  • Proficient in English and Chinese.
  • Work in Shenzhen
