Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Organize quality improvement program and the implementation on business units;
- Liaison with customer and third parties for product quality requirement during new product development and mass production stage;
- Communication at all levels with cross functions to resolve quality issues;
- Conduct manufacturing process and internal system audit on business units;
- Regular quality improvement progress reporting to management;
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree, 4 years of experience, preferably in electrical home appliance industry;
- Solid experience in quality improvement program together with customers, suppliers or cross functional departments;
- Experienced in building up quality function, system and procedure;
- Excellent communication, analytical & leadership skills;
- Proficient in English and Chinese.
- Work in Shenzhen
