Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Overseeing production process, drawing up and monitoring production schedule
- Evaluating and improving existing manufacturing models and methods
- Ensuring effective and efficient production costs, on time and good quality production
- Working out human and material resources needs, and timescale for production
- Being responsible for selection and maintenance of machineries
- Coordinating with different departments and reviewing worker performance
- Implementing company policies and goals
Requirements:
- Technical knowledge and strong production solving ability is a must
- At least 10 years factory production experiences in toys industries
- Good organizational & analytical skills and able to communicate all levels
- Station in China factory
