Responsibilities:

• To facilitate partners to provide quality rehabilitation and education services for children with special needs and lead the local team target on line with the program goals
• To maintain working relationship with various local partners/counterparts, including government officials for program development and monitoring
• To conduct training and technical support to the field colleagues/counterparts on line with child well-being
• To maintain working relationship with the team for program development and monitoring
• To support the team in writing proposals, reports, and program implementation
• To provide communication support to the team, including stories writing and publication materials

Requirements:

• Social Work Degree holder or above
• At least 4-year work experience, with experience in children/rehabilitation will be an advantage
• Strong interest in serving and working with children, including those with special needs
• Able to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Able to work independently in challenging physical environment
• Mature with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Team oriented and strong systematic and coordination skill
• Excellent commend in written and spoken Chinese (Putonghua) and English
• Competent in Chinese Microsoft Office
• Understanding of the China context
