Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to operations team
• Responsible for CRM, daily shop repair, maintenance as well as store opening, closing and renovation
• Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations flow, efficient stock and inventory management, replenishment and delivery arrangements
• Plan and implement operational strategies in line with corporate brand standards and work closely with regional offices
• Assist in preparing various sales analysis and management reports
• Assist in ad hoc project upon request

Requirements:

• Diploma or above with minimum 3 years experience in fashion operations
• Exposure in retail industry, POS system implementation is a must
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Detail-minded, self-motivated, strong numerical sense, multi tasking and able to work independently
• Proficiency in MS office applications and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Operations Officer
