Job Description
The successful incumbent will be responsible for :
- Receive, verify and process vendor invoices, maintain a timely and accurate accounts payable records in the system
- Liaise with vendors, perform vendors statement reconciliation
- Plan, prepare and manage payments in orderly manner
- Assist with month end closing and financial reports
- Maintain proper filing system
- General accounting and administration works
- Other ad hoc duties as deemed necessary
Requirements :
- Accounting or Finance Diploma or above, LCCI Level 3
- 1-2 years accounting experience in a sizable company with trading background, fresh graduate will also be considered
- Good PC Skill, proficient in Excel is a Must.
- Fluent spoken English and Mandarin. Excellent written English
- Well-organized, Self-motivated, detail-oriented, proactive, independent, responsible and able to work efficiently
- Strong communication and interpersonal skill
- Immediate available
