Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clerical support, report to Sales Managers for Asia and America
• Coordinate and assist with sales quotation / invoice / inventory check and shipping related issues
• Handle after-sales problems
• Coordinate with different internal departments including Merchandising, Warehouse, Shipping and Accounting.
• Prepare monthly sales reports

Requirements

• F.6 or above with at least 2 years working experience at a Trading or Wholesale & Distribution organization
• Good knowledge of PC (Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook)
• Fluent spoken and written English and Chinese are must
• Proactive, motivated, team-player and able to work under pressure with different departments
