Responsibilities:

• To prepare consolidated accounts, financial analysis, cashflow analysis, feasibility study etc.
• To monitor and coordinate with subsidiaries operation (Including Hong Kong, PRC and overseas)
• To ensure all financial accounting and compliance issues correctly adhered to
• To liaise/co-ordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for statutory audit and tax filing of the Group
• To liaise to external parties
• To continually improve and strength all accounting processes in order to ensure effective financial and accounting controls
• To handle ad hoc assignments when needed

Requirements:

• A university degree and a professional accounting qualification
• Over 5 years relevant experiences in Big 4 audit firm or sizable organization
• Have solid experience on consolidation, management accounting and statutory reporting
• Independent, well-organized, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Good PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
