Responsibilities:

1. Implement IT solutions and services for supporting company needs and in line with corporate and IT standards.
2. Handle all aspects of team management from task assignment, support / development / performance management, etc., in order to maintain an effective and motivated team.
3. Plan, coordinate and monitor project activities to ensure implementation within schedule, budget and customer requirement.
4. Manage and review all IT issues relevant to governance, risk, compliance and information security.
5. Manage overall internal and external delivery of IT services and operations.
6. Manage the deployment, monitoring, maintenance, development, upgrade, and support of all IT systems, including servers, PCs, operating systems, telephone system, software applications, peripherals and telecommunications.
7. Provide expertise and support during systems upgrades, installations, conversions and file maintenance.
8. Responsible for network design and maintenance.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Computer Science or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years solid experience in IT field preferred in a sizable MNC and at least 4 years’ experience of management level and at least 4 years’ experience in a global network service role.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken) and Cantonese/Mandarin.
• Proficient in several server operating systems, e.g. MS Windows Server, AIX, AS/400, CentOS.
• Good technical background or experience : IT knowledge, Active Directory, EDI, Database Administration, Wifi security, data center maintenance, FTP service, webpage administration and experience in network product, firewall and VoIP equipment, e.g. Cisco.
• Experience with relevant technologies such as Database (Oracle/ MS SQL preferred), infrastructure (networking/storage), Security (LAN/WAN), telecommunications.
• IT certifications, i.e. MCSE, CCNA or LPI, are highly preferred and professional certifications, i.e. CISA, CISSP, CISM , PMP, or ITIL, are preferred.
• Familiar with TCP/IP,  IDS/IPS, Anti-virus solution, VMWARE, VDI, SAN storage, IC/ID card system.
