Job Description

Job Duties:

CRM planning, execution and KPI setting

  • Objective setting, annual planning & development of CRM program including CCB & VIP member programs (including budgeting)
  • To lead and build CRM plan; as well as implement key CRM campaigns in line with each marketing campaign
  • Work closely with Product Team to define campaign KPIs (e.g. customer segment, CRM mechanics and messages etc), and ensure to meet measurable KPIs & deliverables

CRM data analysis & strategy planning

  • Provide timely customer KPI report and purchase behavior insights analysis for cross-function knowledge; identify key findings and rooms for further improvements
  • Analyze the Customer Data Base Evolution and the ROI for the all the tactics implemented
  • Proactively searching and proposing new ideas or improvements to current CRM programs; including exploring new co-marketing opportunities with other brands e.g.  for new users recruitment
  • To conduct research on competitors’ loyalty program and strategies in the market

Budget forecast, control and operational excellence

  • Work closely with sales and training team to ensure the best-class implementation of regular CRM program at counter, such as sampling + SKINTIME .
  • To ensure data input accuracy and feedback areas to improve
  • Time and quality control; ensure executional consistency with other CRM-related collaterals
  • Budget planning and cost control on all costs spent on CRM program; monitor & review budget regularly in order to be in line with the approved budget
  • Manage customer service related matter and provide timely response to avoid crisis


Requirements:

  • University graduate with over 5 years of experiences in managing CRM functions in retail industry
  • Proficiency in MS office applications
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, both spoken & written
  • Strong leadership, analytical & communication skills
