Responsibilities:

• Process payment transactions and maintain proper accounting records
• Assist in period end closing, budgetary control and financial analysis
• Coordinate and follow up with counterparts for inquiry raised by customers during the debt recovery procedure
• Assist in daily accounting operation, prepare schedules, reports, bank reconciliation

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accounting / Business or related discipline or above
• Minimum 2 years accounting working experience in servicing industry, with security of property management experience will be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office, advanced skills in Excel is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experience with accounting software (Sun / Flex / SAP / Hyperion) would be an advantage
• Independent, responsible, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
• Candidates with more experience can be considered as Accounting Officer
