Responsibilities:

• Assist to supervise billing and credit control operations
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of billing
• Review workflow and internal control system
• Perform analysis on revenue items
• Handle customers’ enquires and liaise with customers about billing issues
• Coordinate with IT&T and Operations on system setup and system enhancement

Requirements:

• Degree / Higher Diploma in Accounting / Finance
• A minimum of 2 years of related experience
• Experience in supervisory capacity is a must
• Conversant with computer applications, especially Excel
• Able to convert daily workflow into simple flowchart
• Good communication and people skills
• Pro-active, hard-working, able to work under pressure, patient and devoted to work
• Immediately available is preferred
