• Perform general reception duties including answering telephone calls, greeting guests, coordinating incoming letters registering, postal delivery and courier services.
• Provide administrative & clerical support to the HR & Administration department related to office supplies & facilities, procurement and payments, stock check, record updates and data input.
• Maintain the cleanliness of facilities and pantry
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Form 5/DSE graduated or above with 1-2 years relevant experience
• Cheerful, with good interpersonal & communication skills and able to work well with people from different levels
• With polite telephone manner and strong sense of responsibility
• Cooperative, good at team work and time management
• Native Cantonese, good command of spoken English & Putonghua
• Good typing skill, proficient in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Short notice has advantage
