Responsibilities

• Monitor the overall food factory production, packaging and control processes 
• Ensure the quality and standard of all activities in the production lines
• Review the operation processes to continuously reduce costs, improve productivity and efficiency
• Handle production problems and conduct failure analysis to determine corrective actions for continuous improvement
• Ensure the operation is in compliance with all the local rules and legislation
• Co-ordinate and communicate with other departments in relation to the production operation
• Handle projects and analysis as required

Requirements

• At least 10 years relevant production management experience must gained in food production
• Strong supervisory and leadership with good problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of quality and safety management system in food production
• Station in Shanghai
• Familiar with food production and experience in china.
