Job Description
A fine jewellery retail group with luxurious boutiques in Hong Kong serving prestigious guests is now looking for talented and well-experienced candidate to join their group.:
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer services
- Understands customers' needs and expectations
- Provide information and suggestion to customers
- Develop and maintain good relationship with customers
- Assist in handling tailor-made orders from customers
- Responsible for the stock control and cashier duties
Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in luxury jewellery retail
- Customer-oriented with excellent presentation skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with Strong Customer Services skills
- Well-groomed with decent manner
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is a MUST
