Job duties:

• communicate with the overseas clients
• follow up daily email & quotation
• responsible for issuing job orders from sales confirmation, delivery schedule reports, samples follow up, etc
• manage the order process until shipment completed
• assist the administrative supports for the Sales department

Qualifications:

• Form 7 or above
• minimum 1 year relevant working experience in quartz analogue watch industry is preferable
• good command of spoken & written English
• proficiency in Word, Excel & chinese word processing
• details-ordiented, responsible, flexible & good iterpersonal skill
