Job Description

We are looking for an experienced digital professional to join our growing digital practice in Hong Kong. This person will serve as our Digital Consultant for leading clients, owning accounts and managing the full lifecycle of projects from brief to delivery and measurement across all online disciplines.

You will join a dedicated group of digital specialists, working on multiple accounts for a diverse range of clients. We are seeking someone who possesses an analytical mind and a creative approach to digital communications.

Responsibilities

  • At least 3 years’ experience in digital communications, preferably within an agency
  • A passion for all things digital – bringing your ideas to life through explanations that engage and excite internal and external teams
  • Strategic thinking - the Digital Consultant will create strategic plans to provide direction for a variety of brands
  • Experience in business development
  • Content creation –managing the full lifecycle from brief, development to measurement
  • Social media monitoring and management - creating, managing and growing clients presence through social media and other strategically relevant online properties
  • Experience in using website analytical packages
  • Public relations - While not necessarily engaging in the active management of incoming media requests and building relationships with media; or creating, executing and measuring media campaigns - knowledge of these skills is necessary
  • Customer relations - the coordinator is responsible for customer support and accountable for the quality control for the posting of digital communications online.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Actively participates in a wide variety of digital activities such as blogging, community development and management and website development
  • Understanding of social media - design, functionality etc.
  • Exceptional communication skills, a team player who functions well with other people
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficiency or knowledge of analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Radian6 and Meltwater Buzz
  • Very high attention to detail. Your ‘T's are crossed, and ‘I's are dotted
  • Fluency English and Cantonese is mandatory.
  • Proficiency or knowledge of social media support tools such as Virtrue, Hootsuite, and Tweetdeck et al
  • Production coordination experience in application or website construction
  • Experience in website content management systems
  • 3 years of experience managing social media platforms or communities for brands
  • Undergraduate degree in communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency (advertising, media planning, CRM) or a PR agency with a digital team preferred
