Job Scope:

• Plan and organize marketing campaigns for business units
• Organize and execute global corporate marketing events
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth implementation of marketing and business development activities
• Develop reports of performance measurement for events / campaigns
• Coordinate and execute various marketing communications projects and the department’s administrative tasks
• Draft and design marketing materials including presentations, newsletters, blogs … etc
• Responsible for online marketing by regular maintenance of company website, Facebook & Twitter accounts and other online platforms

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, Business or related field
• At least 3 years of experience, preferably in e-business industry. Less experience will be considered as “trainee”
• Solid experience in marketing communications such as project planning and coordination, event management for large scale conference / corporate event / seminars / trade-show, advertising, printing, other off-line and online marketing activities is preferred
• Good command of English and Mandarin, and excellent communications and writing skills
