Qualification and Experience

1. Holder of Certificate from a Hong Kong polytechnic / polytechnic university / technical institute in Building Studies / Civil Engineering / Structural Engineering, or equivalent with relevant working experience in building maintenance; and
2. Qualification of Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination (“Grade E” in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE held before 2007 are accepted administratively as comparable to Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language”), or equivalent; and
3. Well versed in the application of Microsoft WORD, EXCEL, and
4. With positive working attitude and services-oriented mindset.

1. Supervise building contractor on maintenance works including making and recording site measurement and maintaining site records;.Handling all enquires and complaints raised by tenants;
2. Conduct survey & inspection to buildings and premises within public housing estates and courts; such inspection and survey may be conducted inside flats;
3. Conduct survey & inspection to external areas, including slopes, within or adjacent to public housing estates and courts;
4. Prepare drawings, sketches and calculate the works costs for preparation of works orders; .
5. Others duties as directed by Housing Department.
   

Salary

$17,485.00 - $20,905.00 per month subject to meeting minimum requirements and appropriate assessment of working experience and proven tracks record in relevant field.
