The incumbent will be responsible for providing retail operations support to 20 + retail shops across Hong Kong and Macau in terms of business development, shop operations, stock management, as well as maintaining a high standard of customer service. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide full range of support on day-to-day operations and sales activities to maximize operation efficiency to all retail shops
• Source and negotiate with vendors and conduct cost comparison for sales support supplies, communication materials and premiums; ensure all materials in line with corporate identity guidelines
• Maintain stock at an optimum level and ensure smooth replenishment as well as distribution of inventory
• Provide administrative support in payment application and other daily shop operation support
• Liaising with different parties in assisting reports and presentation materials preparation
• Handle ad hoc assignments as required by direct supervisor
  

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree holder
• Minimum 3 years’ of relevant working experience, preferably in retail operation/ merchandising/ operation administration
• Responsible, well-organized, energetic, self-initiative, excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Pleasant team-player with enthusiastic personality
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Mandarin;
• Excellent command of MS Office applications especially PowerPoint & Excel
• Immediate available preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Retail Operation Assistant
