Job Responsibilities:

• To handle customer inquiries and service requests in a good manner through email and phone calls
• To coordinate with internal departments to provide related customer service support activities, including efficient shipment status inquires and reporting as requested by customers
• To handle and resolve customer complaints with the support from Supervisor
• To convey customer information and feedback to operations and sales teams for review and follow-up actions
• To assist in providing service training to customers when required

Job Requirements:

• Form 7 or above
• Min. 2 years experience in customer service or job-coordination nature,      preferably in freight forwarding/logistics industry
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese
• Hands on PC skills, including MS office and good knowledge on Excel is a must
• Good customer servicing skills, patient and proactive
• Customer-oriented, well-organized, responsible and able to work under pressure
• Immediate available preferred
• Working Schedule: 5.5day (Alternative Saturday)
