Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Buying team for the brand management
• Participate in all buying and merchandising functions
• Provide product knowledge training for Retail Operations team
• Conduct market trends research on products and shop visits regularly
• Formulate the buying strategy and product mix for each season's collection
• Monitor the sales performance and participate in cost / retail price setting
• Allocate goods accurately to different stores based on demand and store profile
• Responsible for the merchandise distribution, stock allocation and merchandise re-ordering management
• Good connection & sources for shoes and materials production with China factories

Requirements:

• University graduate or diploma holder in related disciplines;
• Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, preferably in footwear retail industry;
• Knowledge in OTB planning, buying and inventory management;
• Sensitive to fashion / market trend and customer preference;
• Self-motivated, independent and capable to work under pressure;
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin;
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Buyer
